Is this real?

Yes, this is a real service that acts on your behalf to help you feel better about whatever your particular situation is. You will have access to your own Troll army via email and text.

Can I troll a business? 

Yes. The Trolls can be used to interact with individuals, businesses and any other type of entity.

Can I troll anyone?

Yes. For instance, some of our repeat customers are people who have felt wronged by people they have met on dating apps. Some others have neighbor disputes. We even had a few people reach out about the same little league baseball coach. Remember, we do not bully. There is no name calling. We deliver messages in a way that lets them be absorbed instead of defended. 

Is this legal?

Yes. We do not bully or use any type of hate speech. The Trolls are careful to only comment on the actions of people and not their character or traits. We have frequent meetings with the legal council to go over our processes. 

 

Am I at risk for engaging with TrollToll?

 

No. Your name and private information immediately goes into a vault. You will help us avoid statements that may get internet sleuths on your trail. 

Why do you keep Troll information private?

Obviously you’re going to see certain comments pop-up or other signs that would lead you to believe it’s a hired Troll, however we will never disclose officially if someone is a hired Troll the same way they never have to admit to being a hired Troll. We do this to protect the integrity of the service. If you know a reaction is not authentic, it does not hold weight. If everyone is equal then it is a lot easier to effect change. 

What if I change my mind and want to cancel?

We will do our best to call off the Trolls. They work quickly so it is a challenge. We ask everyone to take a beat to think if TrollToll is right for them before purchasing a service. We can delete all work that has that option. 

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are complicated for us because speed is so important to so many of our inquirers. We make best efforts to offer refunds when requested, please keep in mind we are paying real Internet Trolls for their time and energy. We would much prefer to keep working on the project until you’re satisfied.
